How do I care for Clem Swimwear?
Clem Swimwear requires minimal maintenance. Machine wash cold and tumble dry.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Florida. For domestic shipping, please allow 3-4 business days for arrival unless overnight shipping has been requested. For international orders please allow approximately 5-10 business days for arrival unless express International shipping has been requested.
Which courier do you use?
Clem Swimwear uses UPS for complimentary shipping and expedited shipping.
What if I’m not home for delivery?
A signature is required upon obtaining goods. If you will not be home to receive the package, it will be sent to your nearest UPS location.
How much is shipping and handling?
3-4 day shipping and handling is complimentary. If you wish to receive overnight shipping the rate is $30.
When will I receive my tracking number?
An email will be sent once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive a tracking number in 48 hours please email email@example.com
What is the Clem Swimwear return policy?
Clem Swimwear gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, for full refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase. Returns of swimwear, will only be accepted with the original tags and protective hygienic liners intact. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment only.
What is the return process?
To initiate a return: Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and item you’d like to exchange it for. We will provide the return shipping address, once the item has been received, you will receive an email with your new tracking number. Please note for all exchanges or returns shipping is not covered nor reimbursed by us.
How long does it take for a return to be processed?
Once the return or exchange has been delivered we will process your new order within 1-2 business days. Failure to comply with the return/exchange process will result in delay of new order shipment.
When does overnight orders need to be placed?
Overnight orders need to be placed by 11am EST.
